What people ask before they order.

Which hotels do you deliver to?

All of them. The hotels on this page are the ones we deliver to most often, but any hotel, resort, Airbnb building or condo front desk in Palm Beach County and Broward works the same way.

What do I put as the address?

The hotel's street address, then the guest's full name as it appears on the reservation. Add the room number if you know it, and the check-in date if they have not arrived yet.

What if the guest has not checked in yet?

We leave the flowers with the front desk or concierge in the guest's name, and the hotel hands them over at check-in. Roses are hand-tied in water, so a few hours' wait is fine.

Can you deliver to a hotel today?

Yes. Order by 4:15pm Eastern for same day. After that, our all-rose bouquets can still go out tonight if you order by 10pm, for a $50 late-night fee.

Can I send flowers to a hotel room as a surprise?

Yes. Leave the card message unsigned or signed however you like. Ask the desk to hold them until the guest returns, and add that to the delivery notes.
