What you can count on in Wellington
You’re paying for something you’ll never see. So here’s what we owe you.
It looks like the picture
Every box gets built the same way every time, so the photo on the page is the thing that turns up. If a color is short that morning we swap it for the same color at the same value and tell you before the van leaves.
It turns up when we said
In by 2pm, there this afternoon. You get a text the minute it is handed over, so you aren't left wondering whether to ask them.
If it is wrong, we fix it
Photograph it within 24 hours and we replace it or refund it. You never see what arrived, so we're not going to make you argue about it.

Sending flowers to Wellington?
Where it's going changes what we need from you. Four cases, and what to put in the note.
Equestrian estates and barns
The farms off South Shore and Pierson Road and the barns around the show grounds. Tell us whether it goes to the house or the barn office, and who will be there.
Show season
Congratulations for a rider or a ribbon during the winter circuit. Give us the venue, the barn or stall name and the day, and we time it.
Gated communities
Palm Beach Polo, Olympia, Binks Forest and the neighborhoods off Forest Hill. Gate code or the name the guard expects in the note.
Wellington Regional Medical Center
Patient name and room, delivered to the unit or the front desk.
How delivery works in Wellington
The same answers our driver would give you.
Can you deliver to a barn instead of the house?
Yes. Put the barn name and who will sign for it in the note. If nobody is there, we leave it in the office out of the sun and text you.
Do you deliver to Palm Beach Polo and the gated communities?
Yes. Add the gate code or the name the guardhouse is expecting.
Is Wellington same day?
Yes. Order by 2pm. It is one of our longer runs, so order in the morning if it has to land at a set time.
Do you deliver flowers same day in Wellington?
Yes. Order by 2pm Eastern and our own driver brings it to Wellington the same afternoon, seven days a week including Sundays.
What is the cutoff for same day delivery in Wellington?
2pm Eastern. Orders placed after 2pm go out the following morning. The countdown at the top of this page shows how long is left today.
Which Wellington zip codes do you deliver to?
33414, 33449. You can check any address with the zip checker on this page, which covers all 101 zip codes we serve across Palm Beach County and Broward.
How much does flower delivery in Wellington cost?
Arrangements start at $75 and go to $450, priced by stem count. Delivery is free on orders over $140.
Will my order be passed to another florist?
No. Our florists build it and our own driver delivers it. Many flower sites relay your order to whichever shop is nearest the recipient, which is why the result rarely matches the photo. That does not happen here.
Can I send flowers to Wellington with a handwritten card?
Yes. Write the message when you order and we write it out by hand, free. The price is never included with the delivery.
What if a flower is not available?
Flowers are grown, not manufactured. If a stem is not at the market the morning we build your arrangement, we substitute the same color at the same value and tell you before it leaves.
Not sure what to send?
Three questions and we'll pick for you, then drive it to Wellington.
